1. Consider the untimely tax payment by the companies, organizations and organizations made repeatedly within 3 months, gross violation of the tax legislation of Turkmenistan.

2. Determine that heads of the companies, organizations and the organizations, and also their higher bodies, guilty of untimely tax payment, bear the administrative responsibility in the form of penalty in the amount of three to five amount of the minimum earned fare.

3. To bodies of the Main State Tax Service of Turkmenistan to consider cases on violations of the tax legislation and to impose administrative punishments on the officials guilty of violation of this Decree

4. To the main State Tax Service of Turkmenistan together with the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan in week time to develop and provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan offers on modification and the amendments in the current legislation following from this Decree.
