Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 18, 2010 No. 636 "About requirements to conditions of the power service agreement (contract) and about features of determination of the starting (maximum) price of the power service agreement (contract) (lot price)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 34, Art. 4488; 2013, No. 40, Art. 5085; 2016, No. 23, Art. 3332).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
