Form State commission as a part of the Attorney-General of Turkmenistan, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and the chairman of Committee of homeland security of Turkmenistan for law enforcement when making these actions.
2. Hyakimam of welayats and Ashgabat till May 15, 2000 to provide to the President of Turkmenistan offers for statement of structures of velayatsky, etrapsky and city commissions on law enforcement in case of production of the actions specified in article 1 of this Decree
3. Approve the Provision about State, velayatsky, Ashgabat city, the etrapsky (city) commissions on law enforcement in case of production of separate legal proceedings it (is applied).
4. To the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan together with the interested ministries and departments to prepare and provide to week time to the President of Turkmenistan offers on modification and the amendments in the current legislation of Turkmenistan following from this Decree.
