b) state part 3 in the following edition:
"In case of length of service in the public and municipal service on set more 5, of 10, 15 and 20 years the paid leave increases respectively on 2, 4, 6 and 8 calendar days. In the presence of academic degree and academic status leave is established according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About science and about fundamentals of the state scientific and technical policy".".
