According to item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 5 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 23, 2011 No. 799 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of perfumery and cosmetic products" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 23, 2011 No. 799

1. In Item 2.2 of the word of" (confirmation) of compliance of products" shall be replaced with words "compliance of objects of technical regulation".

2. The list of the standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of perfumery and cosmetic products" (TR CU 009/2011) and implementation of assessment (confirmation) of compliance of products, approved by the specified Decision, to state in the following edition:
