Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the deputy of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 10, the Art. 1095) the following change:
add Chapter 3 with Article 28-1 of the following content:
"Article 28-1. Money payments in case of the termination of criminal case on the rehabilitating bases or pronouncement of the verdict of not guilty
1. During detention of the deputy for making of especially serious crimes and election of measure of restraint concerning it - detention or house arrest under the terms of which execution of deputy powers is not possible salary payment stops from the date of detention or application of house arrest. In case of the termination of criminal case on the rehabilitating bases or pronouncement of the verdict of not guilty salary payment is made from the moment of its suspension.
2. When giving by Jogorku Kenesh consent to involvement of the deputy to criminal liability and election of measure of restraint as court concerning it - detention or house arrest under the terms of which execution of deputy obligations is not possible salary payment stops from the date of detention or application of house arrest. In case of the termination of criminal case on the rehabilitating bases or pronouncement of the verdict of not guilty salary payment is made from the moment of its suspension.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
