1. Training of applicants for positions of judges of local courts is performed by the Higher school of justice. Persons applying for judgeship shall undergo resident instruction for up to one year upon termination of which the qualification examination is held.

2. The procedure and terms of training of applicants for positions of judges of local courts are determined by the chairman of the Supreme Court and Judicial council.";
