1. Liquidate Public service on control of drugs under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic with transfer:

- To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic of the state in number of 255 units, with the corresponding budget financing;

- To public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (financial police) of the state in number of 68 units, with the corresponding budget financing.

2. Form the commission for implementation of liquidation procedure of Public service on control of drugs under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - liquidation commission) in structure according to appendix.

3. Determine that:

- the staff of Public service on control of drugs under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic continues to fulfill the duties assigned to them before completion of actions for liquidation, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic;
