1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity" of February 18, 2012 No. 108 the following amendment:

"Chapter 23. Criteria for evaluation of risk degree of business activity in the field of phytosanitary safety

79. Criteria for evaluation of risk degree in the field of phytosanitary safety reflect probability of negative impact of quarantine harmful objects on flora and the environment.

80. Types of business activity in the field of phytosanitary safety are subdivided on:

1) the types of activity relating to high degree of phytosanitary risk:

- import of seed and landing material of grain, fruit and berry, subtropical, decorative, forest and other crops;

- production, storage, realization of seed and landing material of grain, fruit and berry, subtropical, decorative, forest and other crops;

2) the types of activity relating to average degree of phytosanitary risk:

- production, procurement, storage, use, conversion and realization of quarantine products (quarantine freights, quarantine materials, quarantine goods);

- import and export of quarantine products;

- disinfecting of quarantine products and objects;

- selection and seed farming in the scientific purposes;
