About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144

For the purpose of increase in responsibility of officials of bodies of Tax Service, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144 the following amendment:

- in Regulations on the procedure for tax registration of taxpayers in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

add Item 29 with paragraphs second and third the following content:

"If such taxpayer did not submit in tax authority the application for the chosen tax regime of tax payment in the budget, the tax authority fills in the registration card of the taxpayer in which the tax payment mode in accordance with general practice is put down.

The first copy of the registration card of the taxpayer remains in tax authority, the second copy is handed under list or goes the registered mail to the taxpayer.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
