About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2015 No. 235 "About social and economic development of the southeast region of the Mogilev region" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.06. 2015, 1/15840) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 1:

in part two of subitem 1.2 of the word "state non-budgetary fund" shall be replaced with words "the budget of state non-budgetary fund";

state subitem 1.4 in the following edition:

"1.4. financing of actions of the Program of social and economic development of the southeast region of the Mogilev region for the period till 2020 approved by the decision of the Mogilev regional council of deputies (further - the Program), is performed at the expense of own means of the organizations, budgetary funds, the credits of banks, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further - Development bank), credit institutions of foreign states, and also other sources according to the legislation;";

in subitem 1.5:

state the subitem in the following edition:

"1.5. in the Program the amounts of financing of its actions with use of the loans of Development bank granted to subjects of managing * on the terms of tender or without carrying out competitive selection are determined.

Program actions which financing is planned with use of the loans of Development bank granted:

on the terms of tender, are created taking into account production of homogeneous goods (performance of works, rendering services) ** within implementation of the investment projects providing increase in profitability of the made goods (the performed works, the rendered services) and decrease in their cost;

without carrying out competitive selection, are created separately according to each investment project in the presence of one of the following conditions:
