About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;
to consider the paragraph of the seventh the paragraph the sixth;
1.2. in Item 30 of the Regulations on the external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 252 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 69, 1/7495; 2011, No. 75, 1/12650; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.02. 2013, 1/14043):
to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:
"make (to enforce in indisputable procedure) payments on the external state loans granted users of external loans on execution of guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus and (or) return of effected payments for the account of expense reduction in other directions of use of the relevant investment fund without approval of the manager of means of this fund if means of investment fund are obligation fulfillment source according to the guarantee agreement;";
