About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on creation and activities of the garage cooperatives and cooperatives performing operation of parkings, No. 43 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2008 "About organization activity of the builders, garage cooperatives and cooperatives performing operation of parkings" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 29, 1/9411; 2010, No. 249, 1/12032; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.09. 2013, 1/14533):

from the paragraph of the eighth of part one of Item 12 the word "untimely" to exclude;

the paragraph one of Item 26 after words of "general meeting" to add with words "(meetings of representatives)";

state Item 28 in the following edition:

"28. In case of failure to pay fees by the member of cooperative within two and more months in a row from the date of approach of payment due dates, and also in case of making of other violations listed in Item 26 of this provision, the board of cooperative issues to this person the written warning in which term for elimination of these violations is established.

If after receipt of the prevention the member of cooperative did not take measures for elimination of the allowed violations in the time established in this prevention, the board has the right to make the decision on shutdown to such member of the electric power before accomplishment of obligations by it in full.

The exception of members of cooperative is made in the presence of the violations provided in Item 26 of this provision based on materials, witnessing that after receipt of the prevention of board of cooperative his member did not take measures for elimination of the allowed violations in the time established in the prevention.

The decision of general meeting (meeting of representatives) on exception of members of cooperative can be appealed judicially.";
