According to Item 2 of article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 3 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 11 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, taking into account Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for development, acceptance, modification and cancellation of the technical regulation of the Customs union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of June 20, 2012 №48, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Determine that:
a) documents on assessment of conformity to the mandatory requirements established by the acts entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Union), or the legislation of state member of the Union (further – state member), issued or accepted concerning products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "Requirements to the liquefied hydrocarbon gases for their use in fuel quality" (036/2016) (further respectively – products, the technical regulation), about day of entry into force of the technical regulation, are valid TP of EEU before the termination of term of their action, but no later than July 1, 2019. From the date of entry into force of the technical regulation issue or adoption of documents on assessment of conformity of products to the mandatory requirements which are earlier established by the acts entering the right of the Union or the legislation of state member is not allowed;
