About modification of the Procedure for purchase/security sale of Ukraine by initiation of auctions on trading floors of stock exchanges

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, of 42, 56 and 73 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of providing satisfaction of requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine due to security sale of Ukraine, in particular bonds of the companies which are used as pledge on granted loans when holding auctions on trading floors of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine stock exchanges decide:

1. Bring in the Procedure for purchase/security sale of Ukraine by initiation of auctions on trading floors of stock exchanges approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 3, 2015 No. 762, the following changes:

" (Government bonds of Ukraine and bonds of international financial institutions)" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the word "(government bonds of Ukraine, bonds of the companies, international financial institutions, etc.)";

"To transactions of refinancing and" shall be replaced with words 2) in the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the word to "granted loans and transactions";

3) in Item 16:

after paragraph one to add Item with the paragraph the second the following content:

"If applications of participants of auctions were submitted on trading floors of different stock exchanges at the identical prices, and their amount exceeds amount which can be satisfied, then such requests are satisfied with the National Bank of Ukraine in proportion to their amount".
