About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1090 of December 31, 2013 "About government electronic service of authentication and access control (MPass)" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 4-8, 2) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Resolution:

item 4 after the words "acts as the founder)" to add with the text "the public bodies / organizations and the autonomous state organizations subordinated to the Government or founded by the Government, and also legal entities of private law who provide public services within the competences provided by the law";

in Item 5:

4) to state the subitem in the following edition:

2) in Regulations on government electronic service of authentication and access control (MPass):

in Item 5:

13) to exclude the subitem;

14) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"14) signs with operators on confirmation of the user accounts agreements or, if necessary, the service provision agreements on confirmation of the user accounts approved with the secretary general of the Government;";
