About modification of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, of change according to appendix.

This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for subitems "an" and "b" of Item 3, of items 4 and 5 changes provided by appendix to this Decision. The changes made to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. The fifth – the fifteenth Item 6 to exclude paragraphs.

a) to add the subitem 8 after the paragraph of the thirty first (after the table) with the paragraph of the following content:

b) add subitem 9 with the paragraph of the following content:
