About modification of Item 2-1 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299

In compliance with Item 2 of article 57 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 20 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. No. 299 "About application of sanitary measures in the Eurasian Economic Union" after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add Item 2-1 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-till November 15, 2017 – according to Section 13. "Requirements to cigarettes and tobacco raw materials" regarding requirements to products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Customs union "The technical regulation on tobacco products" (TR CU 035/2014), in connection with entry into force of the specified technical regulation.".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
