"Article 23. State register of lawyers
1. The state register of lawyers conducts the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in paper and electronic forms and posts it on the official site.
2. The state register of lawyers shall contain surname, name, the lawyer's middle name, its address, date of issue of the license, license number, date of the introduction in Legal profession, the name and legal address of lawyer organization, sample of the seal made in accordance with the established procedure. Any changes fixed in the register shall be brought by lawyers to the attention of the Ministry of Justice and Legal profession within a month.
3. The state register of lawyers on rendering qualified legal aid within system of the legal aid guaranteed by the state conducts authorized body in paper and electronic forms and posts on the official site.
4. For inclusion in the State register on rendering qualified legal aid the lawyer submits the application to authorized body.";
