About modification of the Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2015 No. 215 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 33, the Art. 964), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine

1. In the paragraph the fifteenth the subitem 2 of item 4 the word "carries out" to replace with the word "performs".

2. In the subitem 2 of Item 5 of the word", creates personnel reserve to the corresponding positions" to exclude.

3. State Item 12 in the following edition:
