About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 825

According to item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 5 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 825 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the equipment for work in explosive environments" changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

1. In Item 2.2 of the word of" (confirmation) of compliance of products" shall be replaced with words "compliance of objects of technical regulation".

The list of standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the equipment for work in explosive environments" is provided (TR CU 012/2011) approved by the specified Decision to state in the following edition:
"No. 825 is approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011
