Extend the validity of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 32, concerning waste and scrap of the precious metals classified by codes 7112 30 000 0, 7112 91 000 0, 7112 92 000 0, 7112 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value till December 31, 2019 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) 0, 7112 91 000 0, 7112 92 000 0, 7112 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth to add line items with codes 7112 30 000 with the reference to the note "38C";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 38C of the following content:
