About implementation of transactions with the debt guaranteed by the state

According to Item 15 of the Section "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. To the Ministry of Finance to perform transactions with the debt guaranteed by the state on external credits (loans) which servicing and repayment is performed at the expense of means of the government budget, according to the list according to appendix, by change of conditions of the operating loans, including replacement of borrowers of such debt obligations by the state with simultaneous exchange of such public debt for in addition issued and placed bonds of external state loans of Ukraine of 2015 of the first series with repayment date on September 1, 2019 and in addition issued and placed state derivatives.

2. Determine that:

1) additional releases and placements of bonds of external state loans of Ukraine of 2015 of the first series with repayment date on September 1, 2019 and additional releases and placements of the state derivatives are performed in accordance with the terms of release and placement (including additional releases and placements) bonds of external state loans of Ukraine of 2015 and the Conditions of release and placement (including additional releases and placements) the state derivatives approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2015 No. 912 "About implementation in 2015 of transactions with the state and guaranteed by the state debt for the purpose of its restructuring and write-off" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 90, the Art. 3045) taking into account that:
