Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Regulations on forming and maintaining the unified register of the certificates of conformity, provision containing in the specified register of data and on payment for provision of such data approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 10, 2006 No. 201 "About procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of certificates of conformity, the provisions containing in the specified register of data and payments for provision of such data" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 16, Art. 1740; 2008, No. 5, Art. 410; No. 24, Art. 2869; 2011, No. 43, Art. 6079; 2014, No. 10, Art. 1037):

a) declare Item 3 invalid;

b) Items 13 - 15 to state in the following edition:

"13. The payment for provision of data on the certificates of conformity containing in the unified register is not levied.

14. Provision of data on the certificates of conformity containing in the unified register to public authorities is performed with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and the regional systems of interdepartmental electronic interaction connected to it.
