Article 1. The state tax authorities under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to extend to the business entities who were injured during robberies, marauding and conflicts on March 24-25, 2005, according to the List approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with Committee on the budget and finance of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, payment due dates of the current payments without provision of liquid pledge according to the procedure, determined by part one of article 46 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and without application of provisions of Articles 63, of 64, 65 Tax codes of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The state customs inspection under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic based on subitem 1 of Article 246 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the procedure, determined by Article 245 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide to the business entities specified in parts one of this Article, delay or payment by installments of customs payment without ensuring discharge of duty on their payment without collection of percent and penalty fee.

Article 2. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to grant delays to injured business entities on payment of obligatory insurance assignments by them without collection of penalty fee, percent on discount rate of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and penalties on the above-stated List.

Article 3. This Law is effective from March 25 to December 31, 2005.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
