About modification of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011)

According to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 29 of appendix № 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 877, the following changes:

a) to state subitem 15.1 of Item 15 of appendix No. 3 to the specified technical regulation in the following edition: "15.1. The vehicles released in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union intended for persons physically challenged have the anti-blocking brake system and adapted governing bodies.";

b) in Item 10 of appendix No. 9 to the specified technical regulation to state subitem 10.1 in the following edition: "10.1. Requirements of subitems 15.2 – 15.7 Items 15 of appendix No. 3 to this technical regulation are fulfilled. Re-equipment of the vehicles which are in operation which are not equipped with the anti-blocking brake system is allowed.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
