Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of November 17, 1995 No. 168-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 8, Art. 366; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 47, Art. 4472; 1999, No. 7, Art. 878; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2007, No. 24, Art. 2830; 2011, No. 1, Art. 16; No. 45, Art. 6327; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1560; No. 23, Art. 2930; No. 52, Art. 7538; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4395) following changes:

1) paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 41.5 after the words "Transfer of the Public Prosecutor's Worker" to add with words "(except for the serviceman of bodies of military prosecutor's office)";

2) in Item 9 of Article 48:

a) add with the new paragraph the second the following content:

"Transfer of the serviceman of bodies of military prosecutor's office to the new place of military service is made according to Regulations on procedure for passing of military service in accordance with general practice with other military personnel.";

b) consider paragraph two the paragraph third and state it in the following edition:

"Dismissal from military service of the highest officers is made by the President of the Russian Federation on representation of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.".
