1. Subitem 4.1.8 of Item 4.1 of Chapter 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

If the license provides use of radio-frequency resource in several regions, the beginning of use of radio-frequency resource for the first region - 6 months from the date of execution of the license, for the second - 8, further - with interval of 2 months.
