In "The rule of use of lands of rail transport and the lands carried to the special conservation zone of the railroad", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 23, 2005 No. 33 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 2, Article 133; 2006, No. 1, Article 59; 2009, No. 9, Article 736, No. 10, Article 846; 2013, No. 6, Article 739; 2015, No. 11, Article 1418; the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 1, 2016 No. 337) to make the following changes:
1. in parts 12, 19 and 23 words "Ministry of Transport of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "Private company" "Azerbaijani railroads"".
2. in the first offer of part 17 of the word "AGZhD with the permission of the Ministry of Transport of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "Private company" "Azerbaijani railroads"".
