About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" of July 4, 2008 No. 792

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" of July 4, 2008 No. 792 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 7, Article 610; 2009, No. 10, Article 779):

1.1. exclude from Item 2.2 of the word "and 59";

1.2. at the end of Item 2.3 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with Item 2.4 of the following content:

"2.4. in article 59 of the specified Law "the relevant organ of the executive authority" is implied as the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic.".

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to prepare and provide to three-months time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic suggestions for improvement of rules of the tax discharge for passenger and freight transportation by road transport, and also to establishment of the administrative responsibility for violation of the specified rules.
