About the questions connected with issue of the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004
For the purpose of settlement of the situation which developed with providing the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004 with all-civil passports of citizens, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Resolve the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic prolongation for 10 years of effective period of all-civil passports of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004 issued by effective period for 1 year.
2. Determine that for prolongation of effective period of all-civil passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004 the payment according to regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic is levied.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to make the corresponding stamps about prolongation of effective period of all-civil passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the foreign states on prolongation of effective periods of all-civil passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004.
5. Publish this resolution in mass media.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of cases of defense and law enforcement agencies of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
