Some questions of ensuring further development of sport of persons with disability in Ukraine and their sports rehabilitation
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of National committee of sport of disabled people on creation of the All-Ukrainian rehabilitation and recovery sports center of National committee of sport of disabled people (further - All-Ukrainian rehabilitation recovery center).
2. Together with others central both local executive bodies and National committee of sport of disabled people to provide to the ministry of social policy, the Ministry of youth and sport normative legal regulation of the questions connected with creation and activities of the All-Ukrainian rehabilitation and recovery center and to take measures for its development and functioning.
3. To the ministry of social policy, the Ministry of youth and sport, the Ministry of Finance of the offer of National committee of sport of disabled people to provide in time of creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year of means, necessary for creation, development and functioning of the All-Ukrainian rehabilitation and recovery center.
