Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About additional measures for application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lease of land" of October 23, 2003 No. 972 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 10, Article 577; 2008, No. 12, Article 1063; 2014, No. 11, Article 1421):

1. cancel the second paragraph of part 1.

2. Make the following changes to "The rule of carrying out the land tenders and auctions connected with transfer to lease of the lands which are in the state-owned and municipal property", approved by the same Decree:

2.1. in the fourth paragraph of part 3 of the word "the organizer-the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on the ground and cartography" shall be replaced with words "The state committee on property questions of the Azerbaijan Republic";
