1. Under Article 167-1:

1.1. in the name of Article after the word "coercion" to add with the words "or financing of making of these acts because of religious strife, religious radicalism or religionism";

"167-1.4. Acts, the stipulated in Article 167-1.1 of this Code made because of religious strife, religious radicalism or religionism -

are punished by penalty at the rate from seven thousand to nine thousand manats, or imprisonment for a period of two up to five years.
167-1.5. Financing of making of acts, stipulated in Article 167-1.1 of this Code, because of religious strife, religious radicalism or religionism -

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of two up to five years.".
2. Add with Article 167-3 of the following content:

"167-3. Production, storage, distribution of religious extremist materials or financing of these acts

167-3.1. Production, storage or distribution of the religious extremist materials the, that is the materials calling for implementation of religious extremist activities either proving such activities, or justifying need of such activities -

are punished by penalty at the rate from eight thousand to ten thousand manats, or imprisonment for a period of two up to five years.
167-3.2. Financing of acts, stipulated in Article 167-3.1 of this Code, -

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of two up to five years.".
3. In Article 214.2.5 of dash to replace with semicolon and to add with Article 214.2.6 of the following content:

"214.2.6. because of religious strife, religious radicalism or religionism -".

4. Under Article 278:

4.1. in the name of Article after the word "deduction" to add with words ", violent change of the constitutional system of the state";

5. Under Article 279:

5.1. add with Article 279.1-1 of the following content:

"279.1-1. Creation of paramilitary groups or groups, stipulated in Article 279.1 of this Code, participation in these forming or groups because of religious strife, religious radicalism or religionism -

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of six up to ten years.";
5.2. in Article 279.2 the word "Article" shall be replaced with words "Articles … and 279.1-1".

6. Add with Articles 283.1-1 and 283.3 of the following content:

"283.1-1. Acts, the stipulated in Article 283.1 of this Code made because of religious strife, religious radicalism or religionism -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to five years.
283.3. Financing of making of acts, stipulated in Article 283.1 of this Code, because of religious strife, religious radicalism or religious fanaticism -

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to five years."
7. In Article 283-1.1 after words of "religious strife" to add with words ", religious radicalism or religionism".
