Bring in Rules of giving and consideration of claims to the decisions and actions (failure to act) of federal executive bodies and their officials, federal government employees, officials of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, and also State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and its officials approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 16, 2012 No. 840 "About procedure for giving and consideration of claims to decisions and actions (failure to act) of federal executive bodies and their officials, federal government employees, officials of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, and also State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and its officials" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 35, Art. 4829; 2014, No. 50, Art. 7113), following changes:

a) to add the subitem "b" of Item 3 with words "(except for case when the claim goes by the method specified in the subitem "v" of Item 6 of these rules)";

b) add Item 6 with the subitem "v" of the following content:

"c) the portal of the federal state information system providing process of pre-judicial (extrajudicial) appeal of the decisions and actions (failure to act) made by provision of the state and municipal services by the bodies providing the state and municipal services, their officials, the government and local government officers (further - system of pre-judicial appeal) with use of the Internet.";

c) add Item 17 with the offer of the following content: "If the claim was directed by the method specified in the subitem "v" of Item 6 of these rules the answer to the applicant goes by means of system of pre-judicial appeal.".
