About enforcement of the Section VIII of the Tax code

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Article 1. Enforcement

The Section VIII of the Tax code becomes effective since January 1, 2006.

Article 2. Change of regulations

To the government:

a) to submit to Parliament of the offer on reduction of the current legislation in compliance with the Section VIII of the Tax code within three-months term;

b) before enforcement of the Section VIII of the Tax code:

- bring the regulations into accord with the Section VIII of the Tax code;

- provide review and cancellation by the ministries and other administrative authorities of the regulations contradicting the Section VIII of the Tax code.

Article 3. Transitional provisions

(1) the Tax liabilities on charges for the natural resources which arose till January 1, 2006 are regulated according to the legislation existing at the time of their origin.
