1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about work of law-enforcement bodies on implementation of control and allowing functions and the Instruction about work of law-enforcement bodies on control of turnover of office and civil weapon, ammunition to it and about procedure for opening of weapon repair shops" of February 15, 2011 No. 47 the following changes and amendments:
- in the name and the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "control and allowing" shall be replaced with words "licensed and allowing and control";
In the Instruction about the work of law-enforcement bodies on implementation of control and allowing functions approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the name and in all text of the word "control and allowing" shall be replaced with words "licensed and allowing and control" in different cases;
- in all text shall be replaced with words the word "allowing" in different cases "licensed and allowing" in the corresponding cases, except item 4 of Article 1;
