1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with Item 7.1.28 of the following content:

"7.1.28. The textured threads polypropylene, classified by code 5402 34 000 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, intended for production of carpets and carpet products, imported on the territory the Republic of Belarus during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2017 inclusive of no more than 4 thousand tons, on condition of provision in customs authorities of confirmation of purpose of the imported goods issued by authorized body of the Republic of Belarus and containing data on goods quantity and the organizations performing delivery and import of such goods".
