in view of the importance of encouragement of the young people completing army service, creation for them necessary incentives and conditions for continuation of training and receipt in the highest educational institutions of the country:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 31.05.2012 No. PP-1765

2. Accept the offer of Social movement of youth of Uzbekistan of "Kamolot" about rendering to students from among the citizens who underwent compulsory military service and enlisted on paid contractual form of education, material support in payment type of 35 percent of contract value during the entire period of study on condition of their active participation in activities of the student's organizations of movement of "Kamolot".

Recommend to Central office of Social movement of Uzbekistan of "Kamolot" (B. Ubaydullayev) to develop together with the Ministry of Finance (S. Rakhimov), the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education (R. Kasymov) and to approve in accordance with the established procedure Rules of rendering material support to students from among the citizens who served compulsory military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
