About modification of the Procedure for the admission to profession of the private contractor

According to article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the bodies and persons performing forced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies" I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the admission to profession of the private contractor approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 25, 2016 No. 3053/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 7, 2016 at No. 1445/29575, the following changes:

Item 7 of the Section II to add 1) with two paragraphs of the following content:

"The number of persons which can be allowed to training on training course is approved by structural division of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which provides realization of state policy in the field of the organization of forced execution of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials) (further - structural division of the Ministry).

Lists of persons for passing of training course are created by Institute and approved by structural division of the Ministry in 20 working days prior to the beginning of training course.";

Item 2 of the Section III to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The training of person who was trained is provided with structural division of the Ministry.".

2. To department concerning justice and homeland security (Oleynik A. N.) provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning executive service Shklyar S. V.
