Article 1

"3) the certificates on state registration of acts of civil status granted by competent authorities of foreign state and their notarially certified transfer into Russian;";

"3. 1) the certificates on adoption granted by bodies of civil registration or consular establishments of the Russian Federation;";

Item 9 to state 3) in the following edition:

"9) education documents and (or) about qualification, about academic degrees and academic statuses and the documents connected with training, issued in the territory of foreign state and their notarially certified transfer into Russian;";

To add 4) with Item 9.1 of the following content:

"9. 1) education documents and (or) about qualification, about academic degrees and academic statuses, issued by the military professional educational organizations and the military educational organizations of the higher education, and also issued in 1992 - 1995 by the organizations performing educational activities in the territory of the Russian Federation;".
