Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 30, 2001 No. 70-FZ "About arbitral assessors of Arbitration Courts of subjects of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 23, Art. 2288; 2002, No. 30, Art. 3033; 2003, No. 27, Art. 2700; 2009, No. 7, Art. 772; No. 26, Art. 3134; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1094; No. 23, Art. 2928; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4238) following changes:

Article 1 to add 1) with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1. The arbitral assessor in case of execution of the powers, and also in the off-duty relations shall avoid everything that could belittle authority of judicial authority or raise doubts in its objectivity, justice and impartiality. In case of conflict of interest the arbitral assessor participating in proceeedings shall declare rejection or inform participants of process of the current situation.
