"50-1) approval together with the central authorized body on budget implementation of the list of socially important investment projects and (or) investing programs of the National operator on management of highways and the company performing management functions by objects of transport infrastructure of the capital and other subjects of the quasi-public sector on which one of sources of repayment of non-state loan under the state guarantee are payments (payments) from republican and local budgets according to which the preliminary one-time payment (collection) for provision of the state guarantee on non-state loan is not levied from the borrower the guarantee of bank of the second level or the insurance contract are not provided, equity availability is not required;";

add with subitems 64-1) and 64-2) of the following content:

"64-1) approval of standards of rendering services to consumers by subjects of natural monopolies;

64-2) determination of approval procedure of rates (the prices, rates of charges) and tariff estimates in the simplified procedure;";

add with subitems 169-6), 169-7), 169-8) and 169-9) of the following content:

"169-6) entering of offers into the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan by determination of the separate construction objects requiring special regulation and (or) town-planning regulation;
