About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. In paragraph nine of part seven of Article 20 and item 4 of part one of Article 76 of the word of "programs (projects)" to replace with the word of "projects".

2. In paragraph nine of part one of Article 21 of the word "in a month from the date of publication of the law on the Government budget of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words also in figure "till April 1 of planned year".

3. Add Article 23 with part fifteen of the following content:

"15. If after adoption of law on the Government budget of Ukraine throughout budget period by the Interdepartmental commission concerning the state investment projects by results of monitoring of condition of development and implementation of the state investment projects establishes violation of terms of development or implementation of the state investment project, budget settings for implementation of such project can be transferred for implementation of other state investment projects from one main manager of means of the government budget to other main manager of means of the government budget by which budget settings are determined in the law on the Government budget of Ukraine. Transfer of budget settings in the case provided by this part of Article is performed according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (whose training performs the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of economic and social development, based on the decision of the Interdepartmental commission on questions of the state investment projects) approved with Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget, according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

4. In Article 24-1-:

1) in part one:

in paragraph one of the word of "general fund" to exclude;
