About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation regarding enhancement of state regulation of the organization of rest and improvement of children

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 24, 1996 No. 132-FZ "About bases of tourist activities in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 49, Art. 5491; 2007, No. 7, Art. 833; 2012, No. 19, Art. 2281; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3946; 2016, No. 10, Art. 1323) following changes:

Article 1 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"tourist route - the transit of tourists (tourists) including visit and (or) use of tourist resources.";

2) in Article 14:

"Authorized federal executive body:

establishes general requirements to tourist routes (other routes of movement) for passing by organized groups of children and to procedure for the organization of their passing by the children who are in the organizations of rest of children and their improvements or being members of organized group of minor tourists and also to the notification procedure of authorized bodies of the government about the place, terms and duration of passing of such routes.";
