About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 1998 No. 1996 and of February 17, 2012 No. 156

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 1998 No. 1996 "About measures for accomplishment of the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.06. 2014, 5/38924):

1.1.1. in part two of Item 1 and Item 2 of the word "Belarusian Association of the International Automobile Carriers" shall be replaced with words "The association of the international automobile carriers "BAMAP" in the corresponding case;

Regulations on procedure and the bases of decision making on deprivation of carrier of right to use by regulations of the Customs convention of the United Nations on international delivery of loads using the book of MDP (The convention MDP, 1975) of November 14, 1975 in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and about renewal of such right;

Regulations on approval procedure on the admission to the MDP procedure and use of MDP of books, introduction in it of changes, suspensions, cancellation of permission to the admission to the MDP procedure and use of MDP of books.";

1.1.3. exclude Item 3;

1.1.4. in Regulations on procedure and the bases of decision making on deprivation of carrier of right to use by regulations of the Customs convention of the United Nations on international delivery of loads using the book of MDP (The convention MDP, 1975) of November 14, 1975 in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and about the renewal of such right approved by this resolution:
