About approval of the Regulations on approval procedure of rates for regular international passenger air transportation

For the purpose of regulation of rates for regular passenger air transportation, based on the law on civil aviation, the Provision of Public administration of civil aviation approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N1057 of October 19 1998, and also considering provisions of the intergovernmental bilateral agreements concerning aviation services and documents of International Civil Aviation Organization dok.9587 "Policy and instructive material in the field of economic regulation of the international air transport" and dock. 9626 "Management on regulation of the international air transport", I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on approval procedure of rates for regular international passenger air transportation according to appendix to this order.

2. The operators performing regular commercial flights shall submit repeatedly for approval rates for the international passenger air transportation within one month from coming into force of this order.

3. To assign control of accomplishment of this order to economic management of public administration of civil aviation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova".

I. General provisions

1. This Provision establishes approval procedure of rates for the international passenger air transportation.

Operators of the Republic of Moldova, irrespective of their form of business, the performing regular commercial flights, can apply only the rates approved by Public administration of civil aviation (further the EIDER).
