Article 1

Bring in article 12.1 of the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 12, Art. 1201; No. 30, Art. 4203; No. 45, Art. 6129; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3848) following changes:

1) regarding 2 words "heat supplies, water supply, water disposal, gas supply, services of the organizations of utility complex," to exclude;

To add 2) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Till January 1, 2018 the legislation of the Russian Federation in spheres of heat supply, water supply, water disposal, the address with solid utility waste, including the legislation of the Russian Federation on state regulation of the prices (rates) in the specified spheres, is applied in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol taking into account the features established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

To add 3) with part 2.2 following of content:

"2.2. Till January 1, 2020 the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of gas supply, including the legislation of the Russian Federation on state regulation of the prices (rates) in the specified sphere, is applied in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol taking into account the features established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
