About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning restriction of access to the Ukrainian market of foreign printed materials of the anti-Ukrainian content

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About printing mass media (press) in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 1, Art. 1; 2004, No. 11, Art. 141; 2014, No. 22, Art. 816; 2015, 26, 219) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Article 3. INADMISSIBILITY of ABUSE of ACTIVITIES of PRINTING MASS MEDIA of SVOBODA

Use of printing mass media is forbidden for:

appeals to seizure of power, violent change of the constitutional system or territorial integrity of Ukraine;

propaganda for war, violence and cruelty;

incitement of racial, race, religious strife;

distribution of pornography, and also for the purpose of making of acts of terrorism and other penal acts;

promotion communistic and/or national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian modes and their symbolics;

promoting or promotion of the state aggressor and its authorities, representatives of authorities of the state aggressor and their actions creating positive image of the state aggressor justifies or recognizes lawful occupation of the territory of Ukraine;

intervention in private and family life of person, except the cases provided by the law;

damnification of honor and to advantage of the personality;

disclosure of any information which can lead to specifying on the identity of the minor offender without its consent and the consent of his legal representative".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About publishing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 32, Art. 206 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 28:

exclude part one;

the second after paragraph one to add part with two new paragraphs of such content:
