About modification of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning delivery to customs area of Ukraine of materials (fabrics) for production of special individual protection equipment

I. In the paragraph the second Item 4-1 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. 44-48, 552) of the word and figures "threads for production of the bullet-proof vests classified in subsubline item 5402 11 00 00 and 5407 10 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities of fabric (materials) for production of the bullet-proof vests and helmets classified in subsubline item 3920 10 89th 90, 3920 61 00th 00, 3921 90 60th 00, 5603 14 10th 00, 6914 90 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities" shall be replaced with words also in figures "threads and fabrics (materials) for production of the bullet-proof vests and helmets classified in subsubline item 3920 10 89th 90, 3920 61 00th 00, 3921 90 60th 00, 5402 11 00th 00, 5407 10 00th 00, 5603 14 10 00 and 6914 90 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in week time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
